Cultural Heritage Documentation Project
Youth members interviewed 50+ elders to document Abiriba history, traditions, and stories for digital preservation.
Inter-Chapter Basketball Tournament
Hosted successful sports tournament with 8 chapters participating, promoting fitness and friendly competition.
Youth Leadership Conference
120 young members attended leadership training sessions with workshops on public speaking, project management, and cultural identity.
Community Service Marathon
Organized volunteer activities across 12 cities, contributing over 500 hours of community service to local organizations.
Convention Youth Talent Showcase
Featured performances including traditional dances, modern music, poetry, and cultural presentations at the annual convention.

Singles & Mingle Speed Dating (2024)
Despite extensive planning and promotion, only 12 people attended out of 80 expected participants. The event was too formal and didn't create the relaxed atmosphere needed for meaningful connections.
Future social events will focus on group activities and casual settings rather than structured dating formats.
Singles & Mingle Game Night (2023)
Low turnout of 18 participants made the large venue feel empty. Many attendees left early, citing awkward atmosphere and lack of engaging activities.
Smaller, more intimate venues work better for social events. Interactive activities need better planning and facilitation.
Virtual Singles & Mingle (2023)
Online format failed to create meaningful connections. Technical issues and screen fatigue led to poor engagement and early dropouts.
In-person events are essential for building genuine relationships. Virtual formats work better for educational content than social networking.
Moving Forward
These experiences have taught us valuable lessons about event planning, community engagement, and understanding our members' preferences. We're committed to continuous improvement and creating events that truly serve our community's needs.
